- Included in the Vatici’s subscription price is our 1-day free service designed for customers ready to use our product "as-is", no customizations, no data migration.
- We will help you get up and running quickly by providing implementation planning, initial configuration setup, and a train the trainer session.
The Deep Drive offering is designed for customers with more complex needs,
such as a unique business processes, significant system and data migration needs.
Vatica and the customer will design a services that can included:
- More extensive involvement in training
- Detailed implementation guidance
- Business process analyst
- Data analyst, data mapping and migration
- Dedicated access to implementation consultant/expert
- Identification of any customer/requirements definition, which may include minor customizations (add column to forecast grid, changing base workflow)
- Typically last up to 6 weeks.
